Hi, I’m Torie Zeise — founder of Queens of Clean and a lifelong lover of clean spaces, cozy details, and helping people feel at home.
Long before this business had a name, it started with a little girl in Gladstone, MI, who loved getting the house ready before guests arrived. I paid attention to the details most kids overlooked — fluffing pillows, wiping down counters, lighting candles — because I believed the way a space felt could change everything. That belief never left me.
Before Queens of Clean came to life, I explored a few different paths — I ran my own online boutique and even sold life insurance for a time. Every step taught me something: how to connect with people, manage time, take initiative, and build something from the ground up. It felt like my own version of life college — a hands-on education that gave me the confidence and skills to run a business with heart.
Eventually, I trained in Madison, WI, learning the ins and outs of professional cleaning and home care. I took business classes, refined my systems, and came back home to the Upper Peninsula, ready to serve my community with something meaningful.
